No experience necessary as we will teach you everything to become a professional in our trade. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Work with all types of insulation materials, including USA Premium injection foam, spray polyurethane foam, loose fiberglass, ventilation and other products
- Work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Work outdoors on ladders (up to 28')
- Ability to climb (including a ladder), bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand daily to perform work.
- Work with hand tools, drills, pumps, and all equipment necessary for installing insulation
- Provide excellent customer service, including keeping interior and exterior of home/business clean during and after installation
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be insurable to drive company vehicles
- Must complete and manage paperwork as needed
- Must have good organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to lift and move 80 lbs.
- Working knowledge of siding, home building, drills, and other tools
- Must be coachable and a team player
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Insulation or construction experience desired but not required
- Ability to trouble shoot products and insulation problems
