Delivering excellence by constant improvement in processes, efficiencies, and training. We are seeking skilled and dedicated Insulation Technicians to join our team at Keeney Home Services. In this role, you will be responsible for installing various insulation systems in residential and commercial buildings to improve energy efficiency and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

Install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation in walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces Perform Clean Space installations Erect ladders, scaffolds, and safety devices as required for insulation work Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed Load trucks with necessary materials and tools Assess on-site conditions and plan work order and time allocation Communicate effectively with production managers, team members, and homeowners Complete all paperwork accurately and submit to appropriate parties Follow company-approved installation methods and safety protocols

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license required 6 months experience as a skilled or semi-skilled laborer preferred Proficiency in using insulation tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Excellent communication and teamwork skills Physical stamina to work in various environments and weather conditions
