Why Experienced Installers Love This Role $30/hour — top-tier pay for top-tier skill A leadership position with real influence and autonomy Work across blown-in, batt, spray foam, and hybrid systems Train and mentor a crew that looks to you as the expert A company culture that values craftsmanship, leadership, and growth What You'll Do as Crew Captain Lead and direct a crew on daily insulation projects Ensure high-quality installs in attics, walls, crawlspaces, and retrofit applications Troubleshoot equipment and diagnose material/performance issues Perform advanced technical tasks, including spray foam prep and gun maintenance Coach and develop junior installers to elevate team performance Maintain strict adherence to all safety standards and proper rig operation Communicate with customers confidently and professionally to ensure satisfaction What You Bring Significant experience in insulation, construction, or spray foam Strong leadership abilities and confidence running a jobsite Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills High personal standards for craftsmanship and efficiency Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic Requirements Prior insulation or construction experience required (spray foam experience is a plus) Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Ability to drive the rig/trailer safely to job locations Ability to work in attics/crawlspaces, lift 50 lbs+, and handle high-heat environments High school diploma or GED Pay & Schedule $30 per hour (For an experienced installer) Full-time (Monday-Friday) | Occasional weekends depending on workload
