Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Structural Steel / Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator / Erector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing structural steel and miscellaneous metal components for a variety of construction projects. Your expertise in welding, blueprint reading, and metal fabrication will ensure that projects are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your technical knowledge and craftsmanship to bring architectural visions to life. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills are essential for success in this energetic role. Responsibilities Fabricate structural steel and miscellaneous metal components Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication details Fit and weld steel components Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, ironworkers, and drill presses Perform layout, measurement, and part verification Assist with installation and erection of fabricated components Work on installation of stairs, rails, embeds, and structural components Maintain quality standards and dimensional accuracy Follow shop and jobsite safety procedures Requirements Experience in structural steel or miscellaneous metals fabrication Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings Welding experience (MIG & Stick) Experience using common fabrication equipment and shop tools Ability to work in both shop and field environments Ability to lift steel materials and work in construction environments

$21.67 - $25.71 per hour
