Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as an Ironworker, where you will play a vital role in building and maintaining steel structures that form the backbone of our projects. As an Ironworker, you will interpret blueprints, handle heavy materials, and execute complex fabrication and assembly tasks to bring architectural visions to life. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble steel frameworks and structural components. Fabricate, weld (including
MIG, TIG, FCAW
), and assemble steel parts using various hand tools and power tools in accordance with safety standards and project specifications. Operate cranes, forklifts, rigging equipment, and plasma cutters to move and position heavy materials efficiently and safely. Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to ensure correct fitment during fabrication and installation. Perform pipe threading, ductwork installation, sheet metal work, and assembly tasks following ASME codes & standards for quality assurance. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues during fabrication or installation processes while adhering to blueprint instructions. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while following safety protocols at all times. Skills Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols. Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), <
