We are looking for a RN/LPN Long Term Care MDS Coordinator to join our team at beautiful all private room facility. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of MDS and Care Planning as well as attention to detail and superior organizational skills. Candidate needs to be a team player and dependable. This is a M-F job with rotating on-call schedule. Weekly Pay, Insurance eligiable in 30 days or less. Come visit us---where we live by the words "Team Work is Dream Work."
