We specialize in commercial structural steel, fencing, park structures, automatic gates, and custom design-build metal work. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Shop Welder to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have experience fabricating and welding structural and miscellaneous steel components while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and fabrication details. Fabricate and weld structural steel, miscellaneous metals, fencing, gates, and custom metal components. Perform MIG, Flux-Core, and Stick welding as required. Measure, cut, fit, and assemble steel components according to specifications. Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, grinders, drills, and other shop tools. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy. Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials in the shop. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous welding and steel fabrication experience required. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints. Proficiency with MIG and Flux-Core welding; Stick welding experience preferred. Experience working with structural steel and miscellaneous metals. Ability to safely operate fabrication equipment and power tools. Strong attention to detail and workmanship. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. AWS certification is a plus but not required.
