Ironworker Foreman Structural Steel

Overview:

W&W Structural is seeking an experienced Ironworker Foreman to lead crews in the field and drive projects to successful completion. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and knows how to keep a team motivated and productive on the job site. What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise ironworker crews on active job sites
• Coordinate daily tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Read and interpret structural steel drawings and plans
• Ensure crews are properly trained, equipped, and following all safety standards
• Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to meet project goals
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and job site organization
• Troubleshoot issues in real-time and keep projects moving forward

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of ironworking experience (required)
• Certified welder with strong hands-on experience
• Proven leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (lifting, standing, walking for extended periods)
• Strong understanding of job site safety and OSHA standards
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to lead by example

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, possible weekend work with overtime opportunities
