We're looking for an experienced fabricator who takes pride in quality workmanship and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Fabrication and fit-up from prints MIG welding steel, stainless, and aluminum Assembly and finishing of fabricated parts Operation of standard fabrication equipment Material handling and shop organization Maintain quality and efficiency throughout production Requirements Experienced fabricators only Minimum 3 years of fabrication and welding experience Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings Strong MIG and Tig welding skills Experience with structural steel, tube, plate, and general fabrication Ability to work independently and solve problems Positive attitude and strong work ethic Forklift experience is a plus What We're Looking For Someone who shows up on time Takes pride in their work Produces quality parts with minimal supervision Has a strong attention to detail Works well with others and keeps drama out of the shop Wants to grow with a small company Pay & Benefits $22-$32 per hour, depending on experience Overtime opportunities Paid holidays Family-oriented environment Variety of work — no repetitive production line About Hot Metal Fab Located in Loomis, CA, Hot Metal Fab builds everything from structural steel and commercial projects to off-road and overland products.
