This person should have hands-on experience in exhaust work — from custom fabrication to precise installation — and take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will be comfortable diagnosing exhaust issues, fabricating custom systems, and working with a variety of welding techniques. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for automotive performance and repair, we want you on our team. What We're Looking For Proven experience in muffler and exhaust system work. Proficiency in MIG welding (stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminized steel). Ability to cut, bend, and fit tubing for custom and stock exhaust systems. Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing exhaust-related issues. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. A team player with good communication skills. Passion for quality workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair or replace exhaust systems. Fabricate custom exhaust systems to customer specifications. Perform precise welds and clean installations. Use benders, cutters, and other fabrication tool safely and effectively Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in exhaust/muffler work (preferred). Proficient in welding and fabrication tools. Valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various shop conditions.
