This role ensures that the program meets all California Department of Public Health (CDPH) requirements and prepares students with the knowledge, clinical skills, and professionalism needed for entry-level healthcare employment. The DON serves as the primary nursing authority for the program, supervising instructional staff, coordinating clinical training, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
