THE OPPORTUNITY

We're searching for an Experienced Fabricator (5+ years) who thrives on hands-on, one-of-a-kind projects. Fabricate Custom Signs & Structures

• Use various metals and materials to create unique products that turn heads. Solve Creative Challenges

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven fabrication and MIG welding experience (TIG is a plus). Excellent craftsmanship and a detail-oriented mindset. Reliable, self-driven team players with a strong work ethic. A "get it done right" mentality and pride in your work.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in English (read/write/speak) Able to lift 80+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on lifts Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Willing to invest in personal tools OSHA training and forklift certification (or willing to obtain)

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

5+ years in signage or custom metal fabrication Welding certifications or vocational training Experience with sign electrical or structural installation

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time Monday-Friday 6:00 AM

• 3:30 PM Flexibility for early starts, late finishes, or occasional weekend work
