Posted 04/2026 Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an entry-level Structural Mechanic with 1-2 years of experience in aviation maintenance to support structural repairs and modifications on corporate aircraft. This role involves working with sheet metal, composites, and structural components while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural repairs and modifications on corporate aircraft Remove, repair, and install sheet metal and composite components Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals Drill, rivet, bond, and fabricate aircraft parts as required Assist with corrosion removal, treatment, and prevention Conduct inspections to identify structural damage or defects Ensure all work meets FAA regulations and quality standards Maintain proper documentation of work performed
Basic Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance or related field Familiarity with sheet metal repair, composites, and basic fabrication Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Basic understanding of FAA regulations and safety procedures Experience with hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring devices
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in corporate aviation (e.g., Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault) A&P License (preferred but not required) Previous heavy maintenance or MRO environment experience
