Job Description
Fabricator Multiple Shifts Available | CNC Equipment | Overtime Available | Career Growth Join a modern manufacturing team producing conveyor systems for the fast-growing e-commerce and distribution industry. We're looking for skilled Fabricators with experience operating CNC and fabrication equipment in a high-volume production environment. What You'll Do Set up and operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, lasers, tube lasers, shears, mills, lathes, and CNC machines Perform CNC setups, changeovers, tooling adjustments, and basic programming Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and GD&T specifications Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and tape measures Perform basic mechanical assembly and equipment troubleshooting Complete quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Work across multiple machines as production needs change What We're Looking For 3+ years of fabrication, machining, or CNC manufacturing experience Experience operating CNC machines, press brakes, lasers, mills, or lathes Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T Experience using precision measuring tools Strong math and measurement skills Basic computer skills for machine operation and data entry High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment Preferred Experience Fanuc controls and CNC programming (G-Code) Multi-axis machining (3-axis or 5-axis) Tool & die, machining, or metal fabrication background CAD/CAM manufacturing environments Forklift or crane experience Machine shop, laser cutting, or robotic welding experience Why You'll Love It Here Overtime opportunities available 10% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts Profit-sharing program Tuition reimbursement Medical, vision, and 401(k) with company match upon direct hire Family-owned company with exceptional stability and long-term career opportunities State-of-the-art 750,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility Schedule 1st
