Entry Level Truss Welder

Responsibilities Use MIG welding techniques to weld structural steel components together. Operate power tools, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Measure materials using a tape measure to ensure proper fit and alignment. Conduct quality checks on welded joints and assembled structures using basic math skills and mechanical knowledge. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols on the manufacturing floor. Qualifications Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated entry-level candidates eager to learn. Basic understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawings is a plus. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools. Knowledge of MIG welding techniques is required; certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.

MUST PASS A WELD TEST!

Ability to use a tape measure accurately. Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
