You'll work hands-on across diverse job sites, ensuring every structure meets project specs and safety standards. This is skilled, physical work for someone who takes pride in getting it right. Essential Responsibilities Erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffold systems per project specifications and safety standards Load, unload, transport, and organize scaffold materials and equipment Inspect components for damage or defects before installation Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and on schedule Experience with masonry, roofing, siding, drywall (plastering), or woodworking is a plus Qualifications Previous scaffold building, commercial, or industrial construction experience preferred Must be able to travel overnight as required for project assignments Experience with scissor lifts, boom lifts, or telehandlers preferred OSHA 10/30, Scaffold Builder/User, or Fall Protection certifications a plus Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work Must be able to work as part of a team and follow instruction from supervisors and safety personnel Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
