Inspects work in progress and finished products for compliance with build instructions and drawings. Ensures employees adhere to company policies, procedures and work processes. Monitors and enforces safety awareness and compliance. Responsible for startup and shut down of equipment for each shift. Recommends measures to improve production/repair methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. Analyzes and resolves work problems and assists workers with solving work problems. Qualifications Over five (5) years up to and including skills in the Welding and Fabrication Industry. Ability to Fabricate Aluminum and Carbon Steel Stairs. Ability to Fabricate Exhaust Components for Generator Sets. Ability to Fabricate and Weld Stainless Steel Components. Knowledge of the industry and products for his department. Has all the skills required for the level 1 Welder. Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
