Job details Summary Spherion $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Temp to Perm 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM Industry manufacturing & production (Production Occupations) Reference number S_176566 Job details We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our specialty fabrication team on 2nd shift. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented welder who takes pride in producing high-quality, precision-fabricated components. You will work with mild steel, stainless, and custom assemblies in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. ... Responsibilities:
Fit, tack, and weld assemblies with accuracy and consistency Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, torches, and measuring tools Inspect welds for quality, structural integrity, and adherence to shop standards Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Work closely with supervisors and fabricators to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all OSHA, shop safety, and PPE requirements Assist with additional fabrication tasks as needed (cutting, prepping, finishing) Working hours: 4:00 PM - 2:00
AM Skills:
Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Standing, bending, and working on feet for extended periods Working in a fabrication shop environment with heat, noise, and metalwork Preferred Experience (Not Required) Specialty or custom fabrication background Stainless steel or aluminum welding Experience with TIG welding Forklift or overhead crane operation

1-4 years
Qualifications:
