We are looking for individuals who: 3+ years of drain service experience, residential or commercial, or demonstrated ability to independently diagnose, service, and complete drain jobs from start to finish Are enthusiastic, reliable and customer service oriented Has a sense of urgency and follows a task through completion Are quick learners Want to work with great people who have heart and soul

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and clear residential and commercial drain blockages using appropriate equipment (snakes, augers, hydro jetters)
• Perform video inspections to identify issues and document findings with reports, notes, photos, and videos
• Complete minor drain repairs and recommend appropriate solutions or additional services
• Educate customers, present service options, and identify upsell opportunities
• Deliver professional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Accurately complete service tickets, job notes, and update job status in company systems
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding schedules and job progress
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with company standards and local codes
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, safe, and working condition
• Keep truck properly stocked with necessary materials
• Participate in and respond to emergency service requests as needed

Required Skills:

• Some knowledge of safe use of equipment, tools, materials and supplies used in plumbing and construction work
• Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to production schedules
• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time, and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

Requirements:

• We are a

DRUG FREE

workplace, and must be able to pass pre-employment drug/background check

• No DUI's (Must have valid driver's license)
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• General construction/plumbing knowledge
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Clean and presentable appearance
• Willing to work in a field/exterior environment
• Willing to work a flexible schedule: day work, night work, weekend work, and on call shifts

Pay:

Up to $30.00 per hour
