Job description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Aluminum Welder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for precisely welding aluminum components and structures, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship that meets industry standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects, manufacturing tasks, and custom fabrication jobs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and safety. Duties Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on aluminum following detailed blueprints and schematics Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and plasma cutters to achieve exact dimensions and cuts Operate power tools, hand tools, press brake machines, and plasma cutters safely and efficiently during fabrication processes Collaborate with team members on site to ensure safety protocols are followed during welding and material handling Skills Proficiency in MIG welding Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, and press brake machines for fabrication tasks Mechanical knowledge related to pipe threading, machining, soldering, plasma cutting, and assembly processes Experience with crane operation and forklift handling for material movement on-site or within manufacturing facilities Strong understanding of basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations in fabrication projects Join our team if you're passionate about precision welding!
