Job Summary RXL Inc. is seeking skilled and dependable Iron Workers to support on-site construction operations. This role is responsible for the installation, fabrication, and erection of structural steel and iron components in accordance with project specifications and safety standards. Ideal candidates are experienced in working in active construction environments, can read blueprints, and are committed to quality workmanship and job-site safety. Key Responsibilities Install, connect, and secure structural steel components such as beams, columns, and braces Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications Perform cutting, rigging, and bolting as required by the project Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment Work closely with foremen, crane operators, and other trades to maintain workflow Align and plumb steel structures according to specifications Inspect materials and completed work for quality and accuracy Follow all OSHA and company safety policies at all times Assist with site prep, cleanup, and material handling as needed Qualifications Previous experience as an iron worker or in structural steel installation required Ability to read and understand construction drawings and measurements Experience with rigging, and steel erection techniques preferred Physically able to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform manual labor Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site daily, including occasional Saturdays Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment
