Installation/Service Technician

Our Cow Comfort product division is growing and has a need for Installation/Service Technicians . The Primary focus for this position will be to install/service our Cow Comfort product offering. Our Cow Comfort focus product offering includes but not limited to Fans/Ventilations System, Curtains, Sliding Window Panels, Stainless Steel Man Doors, Overhead Doors, PVC Interior Paneling, Steel Siding/ Roofing, & Rubber Flooring. We are willing to train the right individuals and can work with short term & long-term employment. Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will be considered good candidates but is not more valuable than a good attitude and willingness/ ability to learn . Reading and interpreting diagrams, schematics, manuals and can follow installation procedures. Ability/ experience in the proper use of Service and Installation equipment such as Tape Measure, hand tools (Sockets, Wrenches, Tin Sips, Screw Drivers etc.), power tools (Drill, Hammer Drill, Impact Driver, Hand Grinders, Saws, etc.), welders, ladders, lifts, telehandler, and other rolling stock. Any experiance with agriculture, dairies and livestock is a plus. Must have valid driver's license and a good driving record. Must be physically fit to lift and climb. This position requires being fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Must pass a drug test, and be subject to random drug testing as employment continues. Compensation package will be ($15-$30 per hour) & commensurate with experience and as employment timelines are met will include; paid vacation, paid holidays, great health insurance, Flex Plan, & retirement / Simple IRA .
