About the
Role:
AFC Finishing Systems is seeking an experienced Install Crew member to join our installation crew. This role responsible for the field installation of paint booths, powder coating booths, ovens, and sandblasting booths at job sites nationwide. Must be willing and able to travel extensively—sometimes for extended periods—throughout the United States. This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
installation of paint booths, powder coating booths, ovens, and sandblasting booths, including all related sheet metal work. Perform on-site welding as needed for installation and assembly. Ensure quality workmanship and strict adherence to project plans and specifications. Maintain a safe job site and enforce company safety policies Provide hands-on installation and on-site problem-solving as required.
Requirements:
Strong background in sheet metal installation and fabrication. Experience with on-site welding preferred Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication, and organizational skills. Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight and multi-week assignments. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Must be able to obtain security clearances for access to military installations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with paint booth or sandblasting booth installation. Experience with finishing systems, industrial ventilation, or related installations.

25% overall profit sharing Competitive base pay (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package
Location:
Base location is Weiser, Idaho, but travel to job sites across the U.S. is required.
