Overview We're hiring an experienced Structural Fabricator to cut, form, and assemble metal components based on blueprints and job specs. This role is hands-on and focused on producing high-quality work in a modern, well-maintained facility. What You'll Do Operate fabrication equipment (saws, shears, brakes, presses, punches, etc.) Read blueprints and job specs to set up machines and plan work Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality Perform cutting, forming, fitting, and assembly of metal components Identify defects or machine issues and make corrections as needed Perform minor machine maintenance (oil, basic upkeep) Clean and prep materials (remove burrs, rust, edges, etc.) Follow safety and quality standards at all times What We're Looking For 5+ years of fabrication or related experience (or relevant schooling) Strong blueprint reading ability Experience with fabrication equipment and CNC machines Comfortable with measurements (standard & metric) Strong attention to detail and quality Able to work independently and on a team Nice to Have Press brake experience Overhead crane certification Forklift experience Experience with quality systems or continuous improvement Why Apply Clean, climate-controlled facility Newer shop with updated equipment (built in 2019) Clear growth and pay progression Team-focused environment with steady production Work Environment & Schedule 3rd
