1 st Shift Monday-Thursday 6AM-3:30PM Friday 6AM-10

Summary:
Provides indirect support for operations in our Aero Layup Department. Responsible for setting up tools, loading materials, and providing other support as directed by a supervisor or a lead.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Retrieves, sets up, and loads tools and materials as needed across multiple departments Forklift operation will be required day to day - can be trained Self-starter, able to work independently and with multiple departments Communicates with co-workers in a team environment effectively, promoting a positive team environment Performs duties in a safe manner, utilizing PPE and adhering to safety procedures Maintain an organized/ clean space and equipment Has regular attendance and arrives on time daily Cross trains to support production as needed in Mold Prep/ Debag, Core, and Plaster departments Performs other related duties as required
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
Continuous standing on concrete surface. Exposed to heat during summer months. Exposed to chemicals and high heat associated with Eutectic salt. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs individually and over 50 lbs with assistance of another person.
Qualifications:
Prior forklift and pallet jack experience preferred Strong communication skills Must have a valid Driver's License All offers of employment at Leading Technology Composites are contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
