Iron Worker Foreman Location:
Buckner, Kentucky, 40010 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Iron Worker Foreman to lead and supervise ironworking crews on various construction projects in and around Buckner, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in ironwork, and the ability to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the job site. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate ironworker crews to complete projects on time and within specifications. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide the team. Manage daily work schedules and assign tasks to crew members. Monitor project progress and report updates to management. Train and mentor ironworkers to improve skills and productivity. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Coordinate with other trades and project managers to ensure smooth workflow. Qualifications Proven experience as an Iron Worker leader, foreman or similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of ironworking techniques, tools, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Willingness to travel as required for project assignments. Physical ability to perform ironworking tasks and oversee crews on-site. Additional Information This position requires travel to various job sites. Competitive salary, company vehicle, and per diem will be provided.
