Job Description
With Staff Management | SMX, you'll get a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment. We are currently seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team at Link-Belt. As an experienced MIG Welder, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern and high-tech environment, building heavy-equipment cranes. Key Responsibilities:
+ Independently or collaboratively perform welding tasks, ensuring high-quality work. + Read blueprints and utilize advanced attention to detail skills to accurately execute welding projects. + Use a measuring tape and welding symbols to ensure precise specifications are met. + Maintain a strong work ethic, demonstrating reliability and commitment to meeting project deadlines. + Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as steel-toed shoes and safety glasses. .Position Requirements:
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience with MIG welding, including Pulse, Flux, GMAW, and FCAW techniques, as well as Spray Arc. + Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting welding symbols. + Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately. + Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
