Job Description

REBUILD TECHNICIAN
Anvil Innovations is seeking a motivated technician to join our Rebuild Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the teardown, organization, and reassembly of hydraulic and cable operated buckets and grapples. This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment where attention to detail and a mechanical mindset are essential. Responsibilities Safely disassemble (teardown) buckets and grapples according to rebuild department procedures Clean, organize, and catalog parts during the teardown process Assist with reassembly per engineering drawings and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and written work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and cutting equipment safely and effectively Move material using gantry cranes, jib cranes, and/or forklifts as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Maintain a safety-focused mindset and adhere to all shop safety standards Attend and participate in safety meetings and pre-job safety briefings Be open minded and willing to perform other duties as assigned Have a good attitude, work ethic, and contribute to positive shop morale Requirements Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools Ability to follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions Must follow and maintain all safety standards and avoid cutting corners that compromise safety Ability and/or willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment including forklifts and overhead cranes Must be able to perform, without assistance, the essential job requirements of this position, including the ability to lift and move 50 lbs., climb up and down ladders, and squat for long periods Preferred Prior experience in at least one of the following: welding, fitting, cutting, rigging, mechanical repair, or other metalworking trade
Experience :
Metalworking or mechanical trade: 1 year (Preferred)
