Table:
✅ High School diploma or GED (preferred) ✅ Experience with construction equipment (a plus) ✅ Willingness to learn welding and advance in the trade ✅ Ability to take direction and work as part of a team ✅ Solid communication and problem-solving skills ✅ Commitment to safety protocols ✅ Respectful, can-do attitude ✅ Bilingual (Spanish/English) a bonus!
