What You'll Do:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to students and families Coordinate treatment plans and provide case management services Collaborate with school staff, caregivers, and community partners Deliver mental health education and support services Maintain clinical documentation and meet caseload expectations Participate in quality improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Licensed to provide therapy in Maryland or willing to transfer licensure Active Maryland licensure: LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC, PhD, or PsyD Preferred 2+ years of psychotherapy or mental health experience Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to manage a varied caseload and work as part of a treatment team Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is a plus Comfort using electronic health records (EHR preferred) •Salary reflects estimated base pay for a full-time, fully licensed (LC) school-based therapist and includes potential bonuses. Compensation may increase based on experience.•
