This is a direct hire opportunity with a consistent first-shift schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have fabrication, welding, and mechanical experience and enjoy working with precision and quality, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Prepare plastic and metal materials using band saws, table saws, and other equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, prints, drawings, and work orders. Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications. Perform basic machining operations. Complete tack welding and small-part welding as required. Operate forklifts and overhead cranes . Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Assist with additional production projects as assigned. Qualifications 3-5 years of fabrication or related manufacturing experience. High school diploma or GED required. Welding experience required. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Experience using power tools and hand tools. Basic machining experience. Ability to work from written, verbal, and diagram instructions. Ability to use patterns, templates, rulers, and squares effectively. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Math & Technical Skills Candidates should be able to: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Calculate rates, ratios, and percentages. Calculate angles, area, circumference, and volume. Apply basic algebra and geometry to fabrication tasks. Why Apply?
