Your expertise will help streamline our supply chain, reduce waste, and uphold safety standards across the facility. Responsibilities Build sturdy pallets from raw materials using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques Repair damaged or broken pallets to extend their usability and maintain safety standards Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions to ensure precise assembly Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to handle materials safely and efficiently Inspect pallets for quality control, ensuring they meet industry specifications and safety requirements Use woodworking, metal stud framing, or concrete forming skills as needed for custom repairs or modifications Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment used in pallet construction and repair Experience with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and metal stud framing Knowledge of carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, woodworking, and cabinetry installation Familiarity with the use of CNC machinery or assembly techniques for custom pallet fabrication Strong understanding of construction site experience, restoration industry practices, or manufacturing processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs or assembly Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in water damage restoration or mold remediation preferred Join us in creating durable pallets that support our supply chain efficiency!
