Job Description

Responsibilities:
Boxmakers will be trained to do various positions including stacking and feeding. Workers assist machine operators to keep the orders running and cover when the operators are out. Earn a higher wage once trained and qualified.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be able to pass a background, drug screen, and pre-employment physical Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or GED required Must be able to lift 20 pounds repetitively and up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per shift. Overtime is mandatory. Must be able to read and interpret a tape measure.
Compensation & Benefits:
$20.51 - $28.30 an hour + shift differential At Green Bay Packaging, we offer a competitive wage & comprehensive benefit package including, medical, dental, life, pension, and 401k.
