Assembler:

Deburr, sand, grind, drill, and buff stainless-steel components using power tools Cut materials to size using a Komatsu saw and other shop equipment Perform fabrication and assist with welding per blueprints and customer specifications Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed Operate sandblasting and boxing/packaging machinery safely Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures Assist with material handling and general production tasks as needed What You Need to Bring to the

Assembler Role:

Previous experience in metal fabrication or a manufacturing environment preferred Comfortable using power and hand tools (grinders, drills, sanders, etc.) Welding experience (TIG/MIG preferred) or ability to follow weld specifications Ability to operate a Komatsu saw or willingness to learn Sandblasting experience is a plus Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift 40+ pounds occasionally (with or without reasonable accommodations) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
