We are looking for an energetic and friendly Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our team! Part-time hours Work every third weekend and every third holiday. Assess and coordinate care needs of the residents to provide quality nursing care. Prepare, administer, and document medications given to residents according to policy and procedures. Complete resident's care documentation that reflects the care provided to the resident as well as the resident's response to the care. Receive report from nurse/TMA that is going off duty getting full information on resident's conditions and new orders. Administers, prepares, and charts medications given on MAR. Administers PRN medications and results obtained as needed. Performs resident treatments and documents as completed. Makes rounds on each resident on their team. Refers residents needing assessment or special monitoring to the registered nurse facility coordinator. The LPN or RN assures that all CNAs/TMAs are completing cares as assigned. Assist with resident's care as needed. Observes, monitors, and records resident's conditions, reactions to drugs, treatments, and significant events. Calls physicians as needed.
