®, a rapidly growing manufacturer of architectural metal products based in Rogers, MN is looking to add an experienced Aluminum/Stainless Steel Welder to its team. This full-time position includes the following essential duties: Utilize Mig and Tig welders to weld aluminum and stainless steel Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards Assisting in the assembly of parts Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience welding aluminum and/or stainless steel Previous experience with both mig and tig welding Previous sheet metal industry experience Ability to accurately work with calipers, squares, protractors, and other measuring tools Must be fluent in blueprint reading and interpretation Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds Must have strong communication skills Must be reliable and punctual Must be a team player Able to work overtime when necessary Willing to change tasks within the shop as workload necessitates Must supply own hand tools as follows: Protractor, Square, Dial Caliper, Tape Measure, Scribe, and Dead Blow Hammer Pass pre-hiring background check and post-offer, pre-hire drug test For consideration for this position, please e-mail your resume.
