Job Description

- Posted on September 1, 2026 Published By Elizabeth Amaya Trillium Construction is seeking Stainless Welders for a short-term tank repair project in Janesville, MN. Key Responsibilities
- Perform stainless flux welding on tank components.
- Change out seals on an existing tank.
- Replace a carbon steel tank bottom with a stainless steel tank bottom and reseal the tank.
- Perform welding in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions.
- Follow site safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Work in and around tank/confined-space operations as required.
Pay:
$34/hrNight Shift Pay:
$39/hr (night shift starts 9/15)Per Diem:
$125/day for all 7 days unless the required schedule was not worked.Schedule:
80+ hours/week; 10-hour shifts initially, moving to 12-hour shifts.Project Duration:
September 11-20 Apply now!- 3+ years of stainless flux welding experience
- Tank welding experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass a 3-position weld test
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Must be willing to work extended hours and night shift as needed
Weld Test:
September 9 in Dundas, MN.
