In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and ensuring the safe handling of sheet metal components used across various industries. Your energetic approach will help maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, supporting our commitment to delivering top-tier products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are essential for success. Essential Functions Perform quality control of finished product by ensuring work instructions are being followed Assist in the packaging of goods Hand stack material coming off the press machine. Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility by cleaning up debris Continuous use of hand tools such banders and crimpers Other duties as assigned Benefits The Company provides a comprehensive health plan. Duties Carefully inspect sheet metal parts for quality and adherence to specifications before packaging Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble, secure, and prepare components for shipment Follow all safety protocols, including compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or assembly environments preferred Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively Familiarity with packaging processes specific to sheet metal products Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and regulations including FDA regulations and CGMP standards Basic computer skills for record keeping and documentation Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods throughout shifts Join us if you're eager to contribute your mechanical skills in a lively environment dedicated to quality and safety!
