Job Summary:
A Floor Care Specialist is responsible for keeping our client's floors in tip top shape. Some nights they will be responsible for doing multiple small jobs and different accounts and other times they may be at one account for a week or more at a time. This job is ideal for someone who enjoys working both independently and on a team. This person should have an eye for detail and strive towards perfection. This is a full-time position and may require working weekends and overtime.Qualifications and Skills:
- Committed, dependable, responsible, and easy to get along with.
- Must be able to read and comprehend written work orders and follow them with accuracy and in close detail.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to speak clearly and correctly.
- Must be able to work with little supervision.
- Must be able to instate and show good leadership.
- Must be able to perform the rigors of the job.
- Must have advanced problem-solving skills.
- Must be flexible and an all-around team player.
- Must have a valid Montana Driver License.
- Must be able to pass a DMV, state and federal background check.
