What You'll Do You'll work in a field-based service role supporting residential and light commercial customers: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues Perform repairs, upgrades, and installations (panels, wiring, lighting, generators, etc.) Inspect, test and repair systems to ensure safety and compliance Create estimates, complete work orders, and collect payments Operate independently or with a partner in a company-provided vehicle Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every job

What We're Looking For Required:

Valid North Carolina Electrical License 15+ years field experience , including 10+ years in service work Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Customer-facing communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with digital work orders and invoicing systems Knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and

NFPA 70E

Preferred:
