Ironworker / Welder Helper (Entry-Level, Will Train)
Location:
Greensboro, NC Start date: ASAP Pay Depends on experience We're looking for a dependable, hard-working Ironworker / Welder Helper to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training and strong opportunity for advancement within the company. If you're someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you.
WhatYou'll Do:
Assist iron workers and welders on active job sites. ​Help with material handling, setup, and site preparation. ​Learn basic welding and ironworking skills on the job. Follow all safety procedures and job site guidelines. S​upport the crew to keep projects moving efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability (this is a must). ​Willingness to learn and take direction. Ability to work outdoors in various conditions. Construction or welding experience is a plus, but not required.
Job Details:
Based out of the Greensboro, NC area. J​ob sites located throughout North Carolina. ​Home most nights, with occasional overnight travel. ​Per diem provided for travel jobs. Full-time work opportunity for long-term growth
