Pay starts at $20 per hour or higher, depending on experience Clean, organized, and safe work environment Supportive team focused on quality work Hands-on training with advanced equipment like CNC and laser machines Opportunities to grow your skills and advance What you'll do: Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines for metal fabrication Follow clear instructions from the Production Manager for each project Log your work and production steps using the MRP computer system Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of your equipment Check your work for quality and safety standards You're a strong candidate if you: Have experience in manufacturing or metal work (CNC experience is a plus) Can stand throughout your shift and lift or move up to 50 lbs Are comfortable with physical work (standing, walking, reaching, using ladders, etc.) Maintain a neat, safe workspace What happens next: Apply now!
