Fargo, ND Job Details Full-time $18 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Forklift Manufacturing facility experience Industrial equipment Materials handling Manufacturing Full Job Description Structural Fabrication LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Rebar Production Laborer at our North Fargo facility. This position plays a critical role in producing and preparing reinforcing steel (rebar) for commercial and residential construction projects. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial warehouse environment and performing physically demanding work.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate shear lines, benders, and other fabrication equipment Read work orders and production tags to ensure accurate cutting and bending Measure and verify rebar lengths and specifications Bundle and stage completed product for shipment Load and unload semi-trailers, rail cars and customer vehicles Assist with shop/inventory organization and material handling General warehouse maintenance & cleaning Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or fabrication experience preferred Forklift experience beneficial Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with heavy steel materials Ability to read basic measurements and production instructions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Lift up to 80 pounds Stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts) Bend, squat, twist, and reach regularly Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures/ weather conditions Perform repetitive motion tasks
