This position is primarily shop-based with occasional field assignments. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components using brakes, shears, rollers, and plasma tables. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Prepare ductwork and fittings for HVAC systems. Maintain safety standards and a clean work environment. Assist with welding, soldering, and rigging tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements. Mechanical aptitude and physical stamina for lifting and bending. Experience a plus, but not required. Training & Apprenticeship 4-year program: 8,000 hours on-the-job + 180 hours classroom annually.
