Job Summary We're looking for a Metal Worker to support the repair and production of high quality manufactured parts. This is hands on work using tools, machines, and fixtures to bring parts back to spec or get them production ready. Quality, safety, and following the process matter here. Shift:
2nd, Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:30
PM Shift Differential:
Employees on 2nd Shift are eligible for a shift differential of $1-$3 per hour, based on the assigned workdays.
Sign On Bonus:
$1000.00 What You'll Be Doing Blend surfaces and add or remove material using hand tools or machines Set up and use machines, fixtures, and tools Modify parts to meet production specifications Mix production materials as required by the process Follow production specs at all times—no guesswork Use handheld measuring tools to check your work Keep safety and housekeeping where they should be Follow the Quality Control Manual (QCM) Work within ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements Comply with Company RSM requirements Follow all health, safety, and environmental rules Work with integrity and follow the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards Look for ways to work smarter and improve processes (lean mindset) Show up on time and be reliable Help out with other tasks around the facility as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Metalworking or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Able to read and write in English Able to follow verbal and written instructions Comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring tools Able to work independently or as part of a team Safety minded, dependable, and detail oriented This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
