What You'll Do:

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles Accurately identify issues using factory diagnostic tools and procedures Lead and support less experienced technicians when needed Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with advisors regarding repair timelines and needs

What We're Looking For:

Master or Expert-level Volkswagen certification (or equivalent experience) Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Proven ability to handle complex repairs independently High level of accountability and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with leadership capability Must have your own professional-grade tools and toolbox Valid driver's license and clean driving record
