5+ years of experience in a professional auto repair facility Strong diagnostic and electrical skills — you're the tech other techs come to when they're stuck Experience with drivability and complex testing — you don't guess, you diagnose ASE certifications preferred (we'll help you add more) Experience with infotainment systems is a huge plus! Valid driver's license and your own tools Team player with a no-drama attitude — you lift the shop up, not tear it down Takes pride in doing the job right the first time, every time Self-directed — you don't need hand-holding to get moving HOWEVER, if you need someone to tell you what to do every step of the way, this probably isn't your spot.
