Responsibilities Interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise fabrication projects. Execute high-quality welds across various metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel, to ensure structural integrity. Calibrate and manage welding machinery to optimize performance and output quality. Conduct thorough inspections of finished assemblies to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications. Foster a culture of safety by maintaining an organized workspace and strictly following industry-standard protocols. Work cross-functionally to streamline production workflows and meet critical project milestones. Engage in continuous skill development to master evolving welding technologies and techniques. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes. Strong ability to translate technical drawings into finished metal products. Proven track record of maintaining high quality and attention to detail in a fabrication environment. Effective problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Preferred Skills Completion of a formal vocational welding program. Current industry-recognized welding certifications. Experience with advanced metal fitting and layout techniques.
