Job Description

Prime Path ABA is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Powell, Ohio. This is a full-time position providing one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism in the home setting.

12:00 PM•7:00
PM Tuesday:
12:00 PM•7:00
PM Wednesday:
12:00 PM•7:00
PM Thursday:
12:00 PM•7:00
PM Friday:
12:00 PM•7:00 PM Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in the home setting Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect session data and complete documentation Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Qualifications Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification) Experience working with children preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to pass a background check Benefits Competitive pay $500 Sign-On Bonus after 60 days of active employment Paid Sick Time Mileage Reimbursement Employee Referral Program Ongoing Training and Supervision Opportunities for Career Growth Apply today and join a team dedicated to helping children and families thrive.
