Ironworker Foreman We are looking for an experienced Ironworker Foreman to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has hands-on experience with miscellaneous metals and structural steel and is ready to lead a crew. What You'll Do Lead a crew on daily metal and steel projects Make sure work is done safely and correctly Read and follow blueprints and plans Help keep projects on schedule Work with contractors, inspectors, and other trades Help solve problems that come up on the job Make sure the crew has what they need to get the job done What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience in ironwork, miscellaneous metals, or steel Experience reading blueprints Previous foreman or leadership experience preferred Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the company Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday 8-10 hour shifts Night work Weekend availability as needed $70,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Long-term life insurance Short-term disability If you're an experienced Ironworker who is ready to take the lead, we'd like to hear from you.
